What food manufacturers don’t want you to know about additives and the processing of packaged foods
I began a journey towards a greater understanding of nutrition in my early 20s and when my husband Mitchell and I had children, I did all I could to find out the best way to give Ethan and Ryan a healthy start. I read, studied, cooked, gardened, shopped, cooked and cooked some more. It has been loads of fun and I have learned so much. I want to share what I have learned and tell you about the benefits it has brought to our family.
But it didn’t all come easy. We had many problems along the way. Maybe you can relate to some of these?
As an interesting aside…This is how my son, Ryan use to be with healthy foods, particularly salads. However when I was asking him to pose for this photo, he kept eating the salad! I had to wait for him to finish his mouthful before I took each shot. Afterwards, he finished the whole lot.
